Döner Bistro Biergarten & Grill
An homage to a local gem that once brought German street food to Loudoun County! For this project, I redesigned the takeout menu and branding for Döner Bistro, a now-closed but beloved biergarten and grill. This menu project captures their street-food flair through playful type hierarchy, a custom logo, and nods to Bavarian culture like diamond patterns and Oktoberfest flags. Layout was built in InDesign, with supporting assets created in Illustrator and Photoshop.

Front Panel & About Section
The goal here was to design a bold, approachable layout that grabs attention while nodding to traditional German design elements. The diamond pattern reflects Bavarian roots, and the color palette pays tribute to the original Doner Bistro signage. This side features the custom wordmark logo, hours, location, drinks menu, and a short origin story for the brand.

Back Panel – Full Menu Layout
I channeled the original chalkboard-style menu Doner Bistro was known for and added structure through typographic hierarchy and curved yellow section boxes. This layout includes sandwiches, schnitzels, kids meals, salads, sides, and more. It was designed to feel fun, functional, and true to their street-food spirit.
