This small-format historical booklet was created as a class project to highlight the significance of the Stone House, a Civil War witness structure, located in Manassas, Virginia.
Designed by me, the copy-written text was provided by my professor. The booklet blends accessible storytelling with period-appropriate visuals, focusing on the Stone House’s role during the First and Second Battles of Manassas.
The layout was built in InDesign using a consistent type hierarchy and grid system to ensure historical clarity and visual cohesion. I incorporated royalty-free archival images and primary source quotes to enhance narrative flow and authenticity.
